How do I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email with a real-time tracking number as soon as your order ships.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at CustomerService@EikonPets.com with your order details.
How do I get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and package size.
Can I return a product?
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging. To start a return, email us at CustomerService@EikonPets.com and we'll send you a return shipping label.
